Glamping - FAQ
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A ROVE CO. GLAMPING RENTAL?
5 M bell tent, 8 foot balloon garland, twin air mattresses, freshly laundered sheets with blanket, decorative pillows, tray table, lantern or light, and all additional décor. Services include rental, delivery, assembly, styling, and next day collection of the rental.

IS THERE A RECOMMENDED AGE RANGE FOR GLAMPING?
Our glamping tent is great for kids (8+) and adults!

HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED?
We will need a 25x25 foot area to place the tent. We ask that you have a flat area that is big enough for the tent cleared before we get there. That will help make our set up faster and smoother.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY, SETUP, AND BREAKDOWN AFTER THE PARTY?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup is included free of charge for areas within our range. An additional fee is added for those that are 21 or more miles outside of Brenham. We’ll nail down approximate drop off and pick up times during the booking process.

DO I NEED TO SUPPLY POWER?
Yes, we will bring our own extension cords.

CAN I HAVE A FIRE NEAR THE TENT?
Guests must not smoke, cook or allow any open flames, flammable devices in the tent or within 10ft of the perimeter of the tent. We also ask that you do not take a space heater in or near the tent.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I ALLOW FOR SETUP AND PICKUP?
Average setup time is 2-2.5 hours; 45 minutes - 1 hour is typically needed for pickup. Times can vary.

ARE PILLOWS PROVIDED?
For hygienic reasons, we do not provide pillows. We recommend advising parents to have their child bring their own pillows. We do provide decorative pillows for styling.

HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?

HOW MUCH DOES A GLAMPING RENTAL COST?
Visit our pricing page. For custom themes, we will discuss your ideas and provide an estimate.

HOW DO I PAY?
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party. The remaining balance will be collected 24 hours prior to setup. We accept cash or card. We use honeybook for processing card payments. We will discuss your payment preference during our initial call.

WHAT IF I WANT A THEME THAT IS NOT ON YOUR LIST?
Custom themes are not guaranteed, but we will try our best to work with you. For custom themes, we will discuss your ideas, determine if we can make it happen, and then provide an estimate.

WEATHER?
To ensure the safety of the the party guests, we will not set up if there is bad weather in the forecast. Deposits are non-refundable for weather related cancellations, you may however, use your deposit as credit to reschedule your rental for a future date within the next year and we will work with you to rebook upon availability on our schedule.
